Elevation Certificate

An Elevation Certificate is needed for obtaining flood insurance for structures that are located in the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) designated special flood hazard areas. The standardized Elevation Certificate template developed by FEMA is used to record surveyed elevation data and it certifies building elevations.
