Commercial ALTA/NSPS Survey

Commercial American Land Title Association (ALTA) / National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) survey is performed on commercial properties and are required by lending institutes for credit purposes. An ALTA/NSPS survey requirements are greater than those State standards and a surveyor conducting this type of survey is subject to both State regulations and those that of the ALTA/NSPS requirements.
