Building Envelope survey depicts, within a property boundary, the perimeter and area where a building would be constructed. A Building Envelope survey prevents the placement of a structure across building setback lines, drainage, and any recorded utility easements. Additionally, this survey allows one to scope out the surroundings carefully before the placement for example a house on a tract of land and thereby avoid costly mistakes on labor and material.
